Cancellations Policy
We require one weeks notice for a full refund for any cancellations. For cancellations less than one week before the appointment, you will be liable for the full cost of the appointment.
If you are late for an appointment, we will do our best to accomodate a full appointment, however this will be down to the discretion of Feed Nutrition, and availability of staff.
